We make use of our advanced in-house Helpdesk system for call logging and call tracking, which has been custom-designed to ensure efficient engineer updates and follow-through on all tasks logged through our Helpdesk system.

We also offer an ad-hoc Network Management service, perfect for clients who are not yet able to enter into a maintenance contract. Ad-hoc clients can expect the same prompt and efficient service.
